We are currently seeking a sales talent to join our team.\u00a0 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">We are looking forward to meeting you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Who we are looking for<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You have a higher degree in a commercial a\u00e6nd business-related discipline and at least 5 years professional experience in sales. Tax Shelter experience is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You are a driven networker and enjoy building long-term relationships with your key stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You have excellent verbal and written knowledge of Dutch, proficiency in French and\/or English is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You have excellent communication skills, both in writing and orally and you are an engaging presenter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You have a good understanding of financial and wider business\/economic matters <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You are passionate about movies, television and media.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You can work independently and efficiently within regular and tight deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You adapt easily to new strategies and targets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You are open, communicative and a team player.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You are driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn fast.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">You are flexible and available to travel locally.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Your main responsibilities are:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Building a portfolio of Tax Shelter Investors through cold calling, networking events and info sessions. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Organizing and giving presentations during Tax Shelter events. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Maintaining long-term relationships with your Investors by advising them on Tax Shelter opportunities, informing them on their Tax Shelter investments and inviting them to events (set visits, premi\u00e8res, film festivals).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Drafting, reviewing and finalizing Tax Shelter contracts. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Working in close collaboration with the team to determine deadlines and targets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Staying up-to-date with business trends, industry analysis and the Tax Shelter regulation.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>What we offer<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You will join a creative, vibrant and fun community with various growth opportunities within the group.
