Sous la direction du responsable de la comptabilit\u00e9, la personne sera notamment charg\u00e9e de :<\/h4>\n

  • Encodage des factures (achats et ventes) selon l\u2019imputation analytique convenue<\/li>\n
  • Encodage des financiers<\/li>\n
  • Participation aux cl\u00f4tures TVA<\/li>\n
  • Participation aux cl\u00f4tures annuelles et interm\u00e9diaires<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00e9paration des notes de frais, notes de d\u00e9fraiements, r\u00e9capitulatifs Visa, etc.<\/li>\n
  • R\u00e9daction de tous types de documents administratifs et comptables<\/li>\n
  • Administration du personnel (contrats, C4, attestations salariales, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • T\u00e2ches administratives vari\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    PROFIL CANDIDAT\u00b7E<\/h4>\n

    • Formations :
      \nBaccalaur\u00e9at (niveau minimum), domaine administration et comptabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n
    • Exp\u00e9rience(s) professionnelle(s) :
      \nUne exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans le secteur administratif et comptable de minimum 1 an est un atout<\/li>\n
    • Qualifications :
      \nMa\u00eetrise d\u2019un logiciel comptable (Winbooks est un atout)
      \nMaitrise de la suite OFFICE (EXCEL et WORD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
