This allows us to put at your service the best know-how in every skill of the visual image with a workflow suited to your needs.<\/p>\n<p>The VFX Coordinator oversees the communication between the client, the supervisors, the artists and the VFX producers to ensure the efficient running of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist to the bidding work with the VFX Producer and Visual Effects Supervisor ;<\/li>\n<li>Collect project details and technical information, formats, LUT\u2019s before starting the project according to the production pipeline of the show ;<\/li>\n<li>Manage and check incoming material from lab, editing, track missing material and manage outgoing material with I\/O ;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all departments have the right material and briefing on time ;<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling, prioritizing and planning artists&rsquo; work with the Head of 2D in accordance to the client\u2019s post-production planning ;<\/li>\n<li>Day to day follow up of the artists&rsquo; workload and update of the planning ;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Shotgrid statuses and tasks assignments, timelogs, delivery targets are kept up to date. ;<\/li>\n<li>Organize and lead dailies and client reviews;<\/li>\n<li>Take accurate notes during the reviews in Shotgrid and dispatch them to the artists, in collaboration with the VFX Supervisor;<\/li>\n<li>Collect feedback from clients, referring to the VFX Producer and VFX supervisors and dispatch them through Shotgun to the artists;<\/li>\n<li>Report on the good progress of the project to the VFX Producer on a regular base ;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that planning, workflow and delivery deadlines are respected;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the work is done according to the bids and report overruns to the VFX Producer;<\/li>\n<li>Organize creation of showreel material (breakdowns).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective project management skills, excellent communication, highly organized, good and positive motivator;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and maintain excellent client\u2019s relation;<\/li>\n<li>Willing to learn VFX post-production process and to understand the complete VFX process;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform multiple tasks, set priorities and problem solving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Contact<\/u>: jobs@benuts.be<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benuts is a Belgian company with years of international experience in creating VFX, CG elements and motion design for feature films, TV-series and commercials.
