Stage Assistant Administration \/Comptabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

Description du stage conventionn\u00e9 :
\n1. Assistance \u00e0 la gestion administrative quotidienne (tri courrier, tenues d\u00e9clarations fiscales et sociales, lien avec secr\u00e9tariat social\u2026)<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Assistance \u00e0 la gestion comptable quotidienne (r\u00e9ception factures, suivi paiements, cr\u00e9ation factures, tenue de la caisse et des comptes..)
    \n3. Encodage comptable hebdomadaire sur excel et Winbooks\u00a0: (Note de frais, caisse, factures, etc.)<\/li>\n
  2. Divers (Production & Distribution)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    – Mise en place d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements, recherche de partenariats, gestion du planning producteur
    \n– Relation avec les salles, les r\u00e9alisateurs, les associations, les centres culturels\u2026 partenaires divers<\/p>\n

    – Diffusion et gestion des supports de communication, du marketing, des bases de donn\u00e9es\u2026<\/p>\n

    – Aide administrative et comptable dans le cadre du prochain tournage film
    \nDescription du profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019outil excel et du logiciel comptable Winbooks<\/li>\n
    2. Capacit\u00e9 d’implication et d’adaptation
      \n2. Bonne organisation personnelle
      \n3. Connaissance du milieu audiovisuel et cin\u00e9matographique (Technique et administratif) est un atout
      \n4. Dynamisme et bon relationnel
      \n5. Int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le Cin\u00e9ma ind\u00e9pendant
      \n6. Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe
      \n7. Ma\u00eetrise des outils bureautiques (Suite Office)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
