Het festival opent haar deuren in <strong>UGC De Brouck\u00e8re<\/strong>. In de uitverkochte Grand Eldorado wordt de tweede editie van het BRIFF op gang getrapt met Elia Suleiman&#8217;s\u00a0<em>It Must Be Heaven<\/em>.
