Vorig\u00a0jaar mocht hij met deze afstudeerfilm heel wat binnen- en buitenlandse filmprijzen in ontvangst nemen.<\/p>\n<p>In februari 2020 wonnen ze met\u00a0<em><span class=\"italic\">Da Yie <\/span><\/em>de Grand Prix op het wereldvermaarde kortfilmfestival van Clermont-Ferrand, daarna volgde een soort wereldtournee. De kortfilm stond bovendien op de shortlist van de Oscars.<\/p>\n<p>In januari kreeg Nti ook de Ensor voor de Belofte van het Jaar. Hij werkte ondertussen ook aan de series <em>Hoodie<\/em> en <em>De Shaq<\/em>. Samen met Karobekov is hij bezig aan zijn eerste langspeelfilm <em>Postcard<\/em>, gebaseerd op het boek <em>On Black Sisters Street<\/em> van <strong>Chika Unigwe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie <em>Da Yie<\/em> nog niet zag, dat kan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vrt.be\/vrtnu\/a-z\/da-yie\/\">hier.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regisseur Anthony Nti studeerde in 2019 af aan het RITCS met zijn kortfilm Da Yie,\u00a0die hij samen met\u00a0Chingiz Karibekov schreef.
