Zelf konden de gebroeders Dardenne, Luc en Jean-Pierre, hun nominatie als scenaristen van ‘Deux jours, une nuit’ niet verzilveren tijdens de uitreiking van de European Film Awards in Riga. Maar hun Franse hoofdactrice, Marion Cotillard<\/strong>, haalde wel de hoofdprijs binnen voor haar vertolking in de Belgische film. Daarmee volgt ze Veerle Baetens op, die vorig jaar in Berlijn bekroond werd als beste Europese actrice van het jaar. Cotillard kwam evenwel de prijs niet zelf ophalen. Ze was afwezig wegens ziekte. Het was de Franse actrice Delphine Tomson die in haar plaats de trofee ging ophalen.<\/p>\n

\n\"\"<\/a>De prijs voor het beste scenario ging dus niet naar de broers Dardenne, wel naar de Pool Pawel Pawlikowski<\/strong> voor het scenario van zijn film ‘Ida’<\/em>, dat hij samen met Rebecca Lenkiewicz<\/strong> scheef. \u00a0Pawlikowski werd even later ook bekroond als beste regisseur en mocht tevens de prijs voor de beste film mee naar huis nemen. \u00a0En ook de publieksprijs was voor dezelfde film. Zo werd ‘Ida’ de grote winnaar van deze 27ste European Film Awards.<\/p>\n

‘Ida’ is ook \u00e9\u00e9n van de grote kanshebbers op een nominatie voor de Oscars voor ‘beste buitenlandse film’. \u00a0Ook de film van de gebroeders Dardenne is nog volop in de running voor dat ticket.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Teodora Ana Mihai<\/strong> en haar producente Hanne Phlypo<\/strong> zaten vanavond ook in de zaal in Riga, maar zij mochten niet het podium op. \u00a0‘Waiting for August<\/em>‘ moest het in de categorie ‘beste documentaire’ afleggen tegen het Oostenrijkse ‘Master of the Universe’<\/em>. \u00a0En ook in de categorie ‘beste animatiefilm’ gingen de Belgen met lege handen naar huis. Twee Frans-Belgische genomineerden waren nochtans genomineerd : ‘Jack et la m\u00e9canique du coeur’<\/em> van St\u00e9phane Berla<\/strong> en Mathias Malzieu<\/strong> en ‘Minuscule, la vall\u00e9e des forums perdues’<\/em> van Thomas Szabo<\/strong> en H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Giraud<\/strong>. \u00a0Maar zij moesten het afleggen tegen ‘L’arte della felicit\u00e1’<\/em> van de Italiaanse regisseur Alessandro Rak<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
